One of the most dangerous things you can do on Thanksgiving is deep fat fry a turkey, and this video from Underwriter Labs demonstrates how easy it is for something to go wrong. Don’t try this at home, but if you do please be careful for pete’s sake! (Pete is also the name of the turkey in the video.)
