Sometimes the sit-down or fast food chains just don’t cut it. Sometimes the only thing that can hit the spot is a mobile Taco Truck.
What a great taco truck / bus! While picking favorite taco trucks is probably as uncosher as picking favorite children, I keep coming back to Tacos El Asadero over and over again.
Seattle Taco Trucks does the dirty and chases down the rolling Taco Trucks in the Seattle area. They provide the reviews, the images, and convienant Google Maps to check your vicinity for the rolling heavens.
