So what if there’s no real-life scenario which would require an engraved bean to sprout from a can of soil. The fact that you can say you have a magic bean growing should be worth the $10 price tag. Unfortunately the only saying that the bean will display is “I Love You”. Great if you want to give your significant other a cheesy “I’m thinking of you” gift. Now, if someone could make me a “You bastard” version, then I’d be convinced to throw my $10 in.
