OMG! Like nooo way! 3 unique looks personally chosen by the Duff herself? HDM mobile. Sounds professional doesn’t it? I looked all over the site for airtime rates and couldn’t find a single reference. I’m sure this is one of those plans where the parents must agree to be raped with charges to keep their little angels happy.

Update: hessam has confirmed the charges and it does indeed cost an arm. 25c/min or 10c/min + $1 a day.
