How-to: Bypass the non-free email registration requirement
This post was published 4 years 6 months 16 days ago which may make its actuality or expire date not be valid anymore. This site is not responsible for any misunderstanding. How many times have you run into the “we do not allow new registration to users utilizing free email services” error message? Or something similar? I can think of a handful of internet services which do not allow new registrations using free email services such as Hotmail, Yahoo, and Gmail. eBay is a good example. I had to figure out what my ISP email username and password was in order to register for a new account.
If you have a Gmail account you can bypass those pesky requirements. Go ahead and register as you normally would. Instead of trying to find your ISP address, enter yourusername@googlemail.com. Most of these web services do not have googlemail in their filters allowing you to register without having to find a paid email address. Try it out. Your mail will find its way back into your normal @gmail.com inbox. Thanks Todd
Someone mentioned that disposable email addresses like dodgeit are a good alternative. Unfortunately most of these web services have smartened up and added said services to the blocked list.
Try http://mailinator.com – they have 4 other domains you can use too – most sites will not have all of them blacklisted.
