Attention: BUG - When uploading, picture upload with Flickr Importr will hang (status: today) if you have special characters (i.e. ÃƒÂ¤ÃƒÂ¶ÃƒÂ¼) somewhere in title, description or tags!

A: You can use the freeware tool PixVue for annotations. PixVue integrates great in Windows Explorer
