MyWebEx PC lets you access your home or office computer while on the road from any computer that has the software installed and is connected to the web. You can conduct complete computing sessions including accessing your email on the remote computer.
Best of all it is FREE!
There is another service similar to this that I have been using http://www.logmein.com the basic version (no file transfers) is free as well it works great
