Skype is beta testing free Skypeout calls to toll free numbers. The feature works for existing paid Skyout subscribers as well as free Skype users. The following countries and numbers are supported:

* France: +33 800, +33 805, +33 809
* Poland: +48 800
* UK: +44 500, +44 800, +44 808
* USA: +1 800, +1 866, +1 877, +1 888

This is an awesome feature. Keep your cellphone and landline free while using Skype for long customer service hold times. I recommend adding your most frequently called 1-800 numbers to your Skype phonebook for future reference. Check this link here to find a few customer service numbers.
