I just stumbled on this plugin for Windows iTunes users. If you’re not familiar with AquaSoft, the user base is devoted to making the Windows UI aqualicious. This iTunes plugin does just that. The plugin allows users a little more flexibility as far as tweaking the appearance of iTunes.

Multi-Plugin allows users to change the iTunes skin, hide the menu bar, change the main font or title font, window opacity, and an option to hide iTunes from the Alt + Tab window.

Here’s what my iTunes looks like after the plugin:

I chose to remove the brushed look of iTunes, changed the main font to Verdana, title font changed to Helvetica, and removed the main menu toolbar (preference are still accessible via [Ctrl + ,] ) The actual menu can be made visible by hitting [Alt + F].
