I’m not sure who would want to do this but the option does exist. Install the ‘See Spot Run Toolbar’ which will allow you to install almost all of the currently available extensions available for Firefox from Mozilla Update. I can’t imagine why someone would want to do this though. You would have one bloated Firefox browser for sure. I guess this caters towards users unsure what extensions they should install?
