ColorPic

If you routinely find yourself using some sort of screen capture tool coupled with Photoshop to grab a specific color on your screen, you may want to check out Iconico’s ColorPic. I’ve been using the free utility on Windows for some time and highly recommend it. There’s nothing to it. Fire up ColorPic and move your mouse around your screen to find the exact color you’re looking for. Great for web designers who notice a certain color online. You could use Firefox coupled with ColorZilla if you’re interested in an integrated Firefox color picker.

One of the great features is the ability to save different color palettes. If you’re toying around with potential future color schemes, use separate palettes to save your ideas.
