Bestiality: Not illegal without proof of animal cruelty

It’s sickening to hear this type of news while perusing the local paper.
Police are investigating the death of a 40 year old man whose injuries were sustained while partaking in sexual acts with a horse. I imagine the horse wasn’t to happy being exploited and decided to give the guy a nice pair of hooves to the gut. The most disturbing fact here is that bestiality is not illegal in Washington.
So to summarize: bestiality is not illegal in Washington (Washington is one of 17 states that do not outlaw bestiality), Enumclaw WA has a watering hole for animal ‘lovers’, and that people have sex with animals.
