Cabos – Simple file sharing

The only reason I’m mentioning this piece of software is because I am fed up with all the other bloated P2P programs floating around the net. I like software that is simple, clean, and effective. If you’re on Windows or OSX, check out Cabos. It’s based on the Gnutella file sharing network. OSX users will notice that the interface resembles that found in Acquisition, Acqlite, or Poisoned. If you’re on Windows, you’ll definitely enjoy the quick load time and transfer rates.

Have been using it for many months after ‘Poisoned’ got poisoned (OS X). I love it. The only improvment it needs is better filters for searches. Other than that, it is perfect.

Lack of advanced filtering was my major issue… I soon moved on and stopped bickering once I realized I was still able to find the files I needed was looking for.
