Google MailIf you’re a Gmail user you may not have noticed that the URL when logged in is no longer http://gmail.google.com/*. Google has dropped the ‘G’ and turned the URL into http://mail.google.com/*. Is the Gmail brand name going to be recognized as ‘Google Mail’ from now on? The good news is that corporate firewalls blocking the old URL may not be updated to reflect the change. (So no one tell your IT department, maybe they’ll overlook the change.)
