I think the picture speaks for itself. I can personally vouch for the excellent resource friendly performance of RK Launcher. It’s smooth, quick, customizable, animated, and a beautiful addition to the Windows desktop.

If you’re hoping to recreate a working ‘Finder’ menu along the top of your screen, check here. Dobee has created a great Samurize macpack which adds a working right click menu similar to that found on OSX. This by no means was meant as a tutorial on rethemeing your complete Windows desktop. There are plenty of other addons to accomplish a semi-realistic OSX gui on Windows. Post in the comments if you need some hand holding.
