In case you missed it:

- Developers can get a PowerMac P4 for $999 to keep for a year (Ordering one of those)

-First App to ever work on MacTel ( (c) UNEASYsilence :-P ) – Mathematica

-All other apps that wount work on MacTel will be emulated in Rosetta (After the stone)

-Apple is switching to Intel from PPC – 1 Year timeline

-MacOS X demoed on a P4 3.6 gigahertz – Tweaks to existing apps will be minimal (YEA RIGHT!)

-MacOS 10.5 will be called Leopard

Also of note – Every version of OS X has been compiled for Intel, so Macklar did exist.

Also – who will buy a PPC Mac anymore?

Apple must be planning on running some sort of emulator to make the transition easy for developers.
