No more pretzels on your next plane trip

Yes, I know $2 million is a ton of money in a highly competative field. But, what ever happened to customer service? COMMON!
Doesn’t Jet Blue still have the best customer care? I heard their CEO speak at a previous school and he was pretty inspiring.
