TweakAll is a free program that lets you fine-tune Windows in a single, convenient interface.

Edit the Add/Remove Programs list, the Send To right-click menu, AutoRun action, programs set to start automatically, file templates that appear in Explorer’s “Newâ€Â? menu, and whether or not shortcuts get named “Shortcut toâ€Â? appear with the little arrow added to the icon. TweakAll can free up memory on a taxed system, or free up memory when specific memory-hoggin’ applications start. A bit high on the optimization geek scale, TweakAll is free, Windows only – and settings apply to XP/2000/NT/98.
