Not the best way to skip out on rent

I was having trouble paying rent. I thought I wouldn’t have to pay it if the entire apartment complex burned down.
Hey she doesn’t have to worry about paying for rent in jail right?
Well, she could have filed as an indignent…. showing that she could not afford to pay… this would have to been determined…. that was not a good idea to burn it down… I hate that she has to serve time for not checking all avenues…. I know how desperate things can seem but its not worth your freedom…
