It’s official. All iPod users are music thieves – according to Microsoft CEO Steve ‘Monkey Boy’ Ballmer.

“The most common format of music on an iPod is ’stolen’,” he told reporters in London today, according to a Silicon.com report.

Ballmer conveniently ignores not only that there are many non-Apple music players out there, on which there are probably as many, if not more “stolen” songs.

Now wait there Dr. Evil, talk about piracy. YOU are complaining that Apple has lax DRM, and you have had it in Windows for years? Explain to me then why you have such a unmanageable problem? NEWS FLASH FESTER, the Windows Media copy protection was cracked. OOPS! Don’t sweat it, people have short memories, and maybe the ‘Strong Encryption’ statement will be forgotten. DRM will always be cracked, get used it it.
