An Austrian hotel owner says he wants to build 8,000 steps to the summit of one of the country’s mountains. Guenther Aloys of Ischgl says he wants to build the staircase leading 4,000ft to the peak of the Lattenjoch mountain near the valley where he runs a hotel.
