Feedback? What Do You Think of UNEASYsilence?

So, I’ve been busy in the last few weeks with UNEASYsilence. We launched a new iPhone App (Which REALLY took off – If you don’t already have it nab it now!), new mobile site, increased publishing frequency.

In the coming weeks I’m improving the app and it will begin to function as a complement to our site and a destination for all things tech. Stay Tuned.

With tens of thousands of unique visitors a day and over 20,000 RSS subscribers I enjoy running this site for you, the reader. It excites me to share a dialogue with people of different ages, countries and walks of life.

I think I’ve decided I want this site to stay a solo show. I think anything more then a singular voice will get lost in all the noise of digital news produced today. We don’t need to be the largest site – just one people love visiting! However, staying as a one man show, hearing feedback is very important.

Please use this post to comment on anything that you have on your mind. Remember keep it on point! As for Experiment23 (this websites parent company) we will continue to innovate cool products that “try to make the Internet better everyday!”

I have been reading your page since 2004 and love it. I have seen it grow, change design, grow, hang out with whitesoap, shrink, get the pixel project, go mobile, leave whitesoap, grow, and now get a new mobile, and have always stayed in love with your content and sight.

I will admit I’m glad to see you back to posting more frequently because I just plainly love your sites sense of style, tech , and humor.

Keep it up, Cause I’m not going anywhere…

    Peace

    Hi Dan

I really like this site having stumbled on it 5 plus years ago. Its full of things that are different quirky and very useful, not necessary all at once but certainly sometimes.

I have loved the stories on how to get passed some of Apples absurdities to the free movie (Hitman) as well as what would I use a Man Mirror for? Yes a Canwich might be the go for emergencies. Thanks Dan for all these stories Blogs etc.

Uneasysilence used to be my first port of call until the posts dropped to a dribble (I know you had other priorities). I and just pleased that Uneasysilence is back at full strength once more and it will be back near the very top of sited that I visit. Well done Keep up the good work.

Keep going it worth it Many thanks

I’ve been a daily reader since I first became aware of you (a very long time ago, it seems) and greatly enjoy the information.

    Please continue.

I’ve also been a reader for many years. It’s nice to see the bump in posting frequency, and the launch of the iPhone app. My site visits have certainly slowed over the past couple of years, but it’s nice to see new posts when I do visit. Yes, you don’t have to be the largest site, and it’s nice to have some variety.

    Hi Dan

For the Luddites like myself, do you have a none Twitter way of sending you info that you might like to add to your Blog? These might have little reliance to current stories but you might like to post. I promise I will not inundate you with crap, but I do come across some stuff that might fit into Uneasysilence.

    Hi,
    Great site Dan!
However, I am unable to download the Magic Mouse 32bit Windows 7 File. The hyperlink keeps coming back to the same page.
Pls let me know when it is available.
    Thank you,
    Bobby Wan

Wondering what happened to Magic Mouse 32bit Windows 7 File, can’t find it and on the net. Does anyone know where to find the file. Bought the $70 mouse and no scrolling, asked the tech when bought the thing if it works with PC, sure it does, just not scrolling. Bad practice, its like buying a hamburger and have to be clear to ask for the breads to put the pattie in…..

I’m working on reposting the link

  • Chad

  • Kim

Also very interested in the driver. Any luck reposting the link?

  • Norman

    yeah. that would be awesome.

  • Dennis

Also very interested in the drivers (64bit also)…

  • greg

any progress on the magic mouse drivers being reposted?

  • Lee

Hi, hate to be a bother, just wondering if there is any update on the Magic Mouse 32bit driver. Thanks

  • Lee

Hi, everyone, this is Lee and I posted the question regarding the driver for the mouse a long time and never got any luck here. After a long search, I finally found the drivers, if you are interested email me and i will send you the zip file.

Or you can google for file name, ‘AppleWirelessMouse4′

I have both 32 and 64 bits drivers, mistaken the 64 bits for my dell adamo 32 bits system and thought it didnt work, then realized i installed the wrong one. after the correct version installed, now my apple mouse works great on my win 7. The both v and h scroll ok. Only problem I have is when I use the remote desktop to connect to my other pc, the mouse movement will lag for a few second once a while.
