When you run immensley popular blogs, it becomes difficult to handle the influx of comments that can happen. WordPress users may use the comment view to just view each and every comment, and this plugin allows you to reply to comments in the comments view page. Here are the features, from the site’s page.

Indeed, unless someone does it before, I’ll probably submit a ticket to get this features integrated into WP. I’m going to wait for 2.4 before I do anything though, because this will probably bring a number of reworks to the admin interface.
