Jottit

It’s long been known that simplicity and elegance go hand-in-hand, and nowhere in recent memory has a web-service demonstrated this fact more startlingly than Jottit. Sporting a powerful array of features including multiple pages, custom subdomains, and support for Markdown, Jottit is part blog, part wiki, and part web publishing revolution.

Creating a new site with Jottit could literally not be easier: visit Jottit, enter your content, and BAM; you’ve got yourself a website. It took me all of 2 minutes to create a Jottit for UES, and I haven’t even begun playing with some of the more complex settings.

On top of all this functionality sits a beautifully designed AJAX powered interface with live previews and no save buttons required. [via]

    Jottit looks pretty down to earth :) Thanks for getting me addicted to yet another personal-wiki site that I just have to exploit for the taste of simplicity. It seems everytime I find one of these “Everyone can edit, every one can see..and did we mention have our own custom syntax?” sites, I must go and open up an account only to figure out that there is even a simpler site out there.

    Life is tough.

    @Nasser.

    Wait until ClutterMe. We go one step further than Jottit.
