Creative Commons Creating Problems?
What do you do when you find a picture of you has been used in an advertisement without your consent? That’s the questions asked when she discovered a photo of her was taken off of Flickr and used by Virgin Mobile. Take into consideration that the image was used posted with a CC License which states attribution must be given with any use of the image, and this was done on the advertisment.
