Skype and SpinVox Partner for Transcribing Goodness
Skypeoholics everywhere can rejoice at a new partnership that will make the VoIP service just that much cooler.
SpinVox (the popular voicemail transcription service) and Skype have teamed up to offer Skype voicemail transcription via SMS. When a user leaves a voicemail on your Skype account, if configured, SpinVox will convert it into a SMS message and send it to your traditional mobile phone. It will also indicate in that SMS message who called.
When it launches the Spinvox transcription service will be available in English, Spanish, French and German..
