They have created a service called CreateSpace, which is a new Books On Demand service. It is designed to eliminate setup fees, inventory, and let users setup a free estore. All you do is send the original text file to CreateSpace, and when someone purchases your item, Amazon prints the book on demand and ships it within 24 hours.
