TiVo Again Offers Limited Transfer of Lifetime Service for $300
Our good buddy Dave Zatz has reported TiVo brought back their rare “transfer lifetime service” program for the second time this year. If you have old TiVo with the Lifetime Service option TiVo has announced a limited time offer to “transfer” your Lifetime Service to a new Series2 unit for $299. The only catch is that your old TiVo needed to be activated on or before June 2003. Sorry Series 3 potential customers, you don’t apply!
