iPhone only to be sold at select AT&T stores

You have to know that there will be many people who just turn around and try to sell their precious iPhones on Craigslist as soon as they get theirs. I’m thinking anyone can get an iPhone the first day, you might just pay twice as much.

good thing i live by the second biggest mall in america… oh wait… nevermind cuz i dont want to buy the iphone cuz i dont trust the touch pad… serisouly if that goes out… you have a 600 dollar brick to play with haha… whats insurance going to be to cover it.. cuz my blackberry is 110 and thats a 300 buck phone… this phone has bad news wirtten all over it… im going to wait till 3rd or 4th gen to get one(because thats when ill save up enough money haha )

When I checked at my local AT&T store, the guy told me that they’d get them in a locked box, and only get the combination in time to sell them. Then again, he also speculated that they might start selling them at midnight, which is definitely NOT the case. I’ll see everyone except SMASH!!!! in line I guess.

Im starting to think that I might wait for the 2nd gen myself. My dilemma is that I really dont have much use for all the smartphone features, since I really just make calls and do really do much texting, IM, or surfing from my phone. To be honest Im more excited about the iPod features than anything else…it looks so nice!
