Go to School in Virginia? Get Detention for Hugging

In Fairfax County VA intimate contact (or any contact for that matter) is now considered a punishable offense in school.

All touching — not only fighting or inappropriate touching — is against the rules at Kilmer Middle School in Vienna. Hand-holding, handshakes and high-fives? Banned. The rule has been conveyed to students this way: “NO PHYSICAL CONTACT!!!!!”

School officials say the rule helps keep crowded hallways and lunchrooms safe and orderly, and ensures that all students are comfortable.

Wow, its amazing how far this world has come.

    when i was in elementary school my mom picked me up for lunch one day… and some other kid tryed to stab a girl… the girl ran and told the teacher and the teacher called the cops and insisted it was me… when my mom brought me back to school cops grabed me and my mom fliped out asking why and they said i pulled a knife on a girl… and my mom explained how i wasent even there… then the girl told the cops how she said it was someone else but the teacher insisted it was me…

    i was a trouble maker ha

    when i was in highschool i got a in school suspension for laying down next to a girl … now yes if this was just.. i think ill lay down right now next to this girl for no reason… but it was silent read time… the school on werdnesdays for 15 minutes had silent read.. every class stoped what they were doing 3rd period and read for 15 minutes… i was in gym so i layed down and about 5 feet away a girl i didnt even know was laying down and a hall monitor had a problem with it… so i got in trouble…

    now that was bull shit….

    i actually got in trouble for a lot of bull shit reasons… i got punched in teh face and got a week of out of school suspension … i was eating ice cubes and choked on one and i got a detention ….

    but the time i start a fight… slam a kids face against a table break the kids nose.. a lunch superviser just asked me to stop and sit back down… another time my friend threw mashed potatoes atsome kid the kid got in my face about it then a hall monitor called the cops on me for harassment cuz he was 16 and it was my 18th birthday… i pushed the hall monitor told them to F off and left school… i didnt even get in trouble.. man that school was screwie… if anyone wants i will find some of my write ups and put them on a photobucket and show peopel some of the retarded things i got in trouble for

    That won’t last. My school tried that a while back and detention ended up being two entire floors.

    If it does last those kids are stupid.

    1. Make friends, work with others, but no hugging or touching of any kind.

    2.. Take your depression medication and excell in class or be doomed for life.

    3. You have no rights, the school system owns you, but you do have the right to birth control pills without parental knowledge because we care about you as an individual.

    4. Trust yourself, look for the good in others but don’t talk to strangers and report anyone who looks suspicious..

    5. Be loyal, be a team player, report fellow students who break the rules and hey, turn in your parents if they disagree.

    6. The world is what you make it. Do as we say.
