Clutter Cloak: For the ADD Generation

beforeandafter3.jpg

It’s easy nowadays to get distracted when you are working on your computer, especially with all the annoying flash ads out there. Clutter Cloak is designed to help you focus by blocking out everything on the screen except for what is under your mouse cursor.

One your download Clutter Cloak you activate it by pressing a hotkey (Ctrl-F11 by default). A neat little addon is that you can change the level of opacity of the shroud. Requires the .Net 2.0 framework to run. Wonder if there is something like this for the Mac?

I wouldn’t say that it’s for the ADD generation, but this does indeed look like a slick addon, if it actually worked properly. When enabled, it faded everything except the entire firefox window.

Isolator covers up everything but what you work on in a Mac (the program you’re using), which helps because you can see the rest of the tools and aren’t just stuck to what’s under the mouse, which makes more sense.
