I think thats great. The consumer really has little ground to stand on when it comes to dealing with problems with cell phone companies. Most of the time, in the end, the consumer ends up dishing out more cash to alleviate their frustrations.

Just tonight I was talking to a friend of mine who has had countless problems with their cell phone and it finally bit the dust. He took the phone in but walked out frustrated with a cheap refurbished replacement until he could afford to purchase a new one. The company did nothing in support of this.
