Halo Suit … In Video!

This guy has to be the biggest goober/dork on the planet. Its such an outlandish and proposterous idea. He reeks of lameness and the video is flash none the less. LOL.

seriously though, im emberrassed for him and for watching this, you know that feeling. Like ZOMG! someone is actually taking this seriously. Like dude shooting the shotgun, they have nothing else.

my biggest question was if he sprays the “Bear Spray” (Pepper Spray on Roid Rage with fullblown AIDS apparently) that will drop 40 people… won’t that also get sucked into his vent fan and drop him too…… I’m assuming he has a gas mask thing built in… I hope

So much.. I could say. “What can we do to make it not spartan? Oh yeah! the Trojans” “so thats what master chief looks like!” and “we gotta get high tech.. WITH FANS”

all said though.. that thing is freakin sweet looking but its probably actually just a toy for publicity once they start showing video’s of him getting shot at while he’s running full speed I’ll believe he’s done what he says he’s done.

If this suit has the armor protection the creator claims, this could be a real boon for soldiers. I’m sure there are bugs to work out. For instance, an IED would take his head off because there’s no protection under the chin. That’s not to say our soldiers have something better today.

The military would likely change the configuration of many things including size and shape of the many pockets, and camo scheme. They’d remove the little bear logos.

It’s innovative. It’s probably labor-intensive to make. Who knows how it would hold up in sand and rain and rainy sand, but I’d rather wear something like that than nothing at all.

This guy should be given a freaking grant from DoD so he can test and improve this system.

The fans are a GOOD idea. The suit looks friggin hot. It’d be nice to have them in the back and feet as well. It would be nice to have a time-delay toggle so it only runs for a minute. You don’t want your ear ringing from fan noise when you are hunting.

The gas thing is kinda lame. It’d be better to carry a holy hand grenade or a few more bullets. Pepper spray is light on the other hand. Make the seal easier to break.

All in all, I say good show. Give the guy a friggin X prize and DoD funds to bring it to market so our soldiers quit dying. At least they’d look good.
