CES: Battle of the Sliders (and video walkthrough of the Motorola Booth)

CES is the year of the look-a-likes. Motorola and LG have independently created long lost twin phones. The Rizr and the LG Shine seem to be very similar but so the similarities only go skin deep? They both sport a similar feature set, and both work on the GSM network, launched on the same day.
