The real PS3 vs. Wii

A realistic interpretation of the current console war between the Sony PS3 & Nintendo Wii? You decide. Thanks Syl. Without having played either consoles, which one would you have preferred after seeing the above clip?

    The Wii only came out on friday here in teh UK but mine is in the post for hopefully a delivery date of tomorrow. And if any guy was to pick after seeing the above… I think we all know we would go for the Wii.

    Funny. I saw this a while ago.

    I was just thinking that the “Wii” looks like my sister’s friend. Only slightly more intelligent.

    And, oddly enough, I think the “PS3″ would be a better one to date. She won’t sleep around on you.

    Well I have to say based on that commercial… The wii of course.

    Having played both now. I personally bought a Wii. I love the graphics on the PS3 but my game for comparison for both consoles was a racing game. Excite Truck on the Wii and I’m not sure what it was called on the PS3.

    I played Excite truck for hours and the PS3; well lets just say that I got bored after about 15 minutes. I wasn’t privy to any other games on the PS3 though.

    At this point I have played Red Steel/Zelda (fav)/Rayman/and Wii Sports. And yes the PS3 fanboys are correct when they say the graphics aren’t pretty on the Wii but damn the games are fun as hell. I went back to a PS2 after playing the Wii for a week and was moving the controller around like an idiot wondering why it wasn’t doing anything… duh…

    Got a good laugh with my friends on that one!
