Drinking & driving is just plain stupid. Failing the sobriety test with flying colors like this guy is even stupider. I think I would have cracked up and broke a smile had I seen something like that.

What a setup! Why the hell else would he have this guy help him put down tape? It’s a parking lot for crying out loud, there are plenty of straight lines for this guy to walk.
