Poor guy is too broke to pay for parking tickets. What’s a guy to do? Plead with parking enforcement to stop leaving tickets. “Please stop giving me so many tickets.” Sorry, I really don’t think parking enforcement will care.

    a former college roommate of mine put a similar note on his windshield too, but all he put was to stop giving me tickets. he was not poor, but he was annoyed. lol
