Microsoft attorney victim of construction crane collapse

A 210-ft. construction crane collapsed on Thursday in downtown Bellevue, WA leaving one person dead, a Microsoft attorney.

At least three downtown buildings had severe structural damage: the Plaza 305 office building, the Civica Office Commons and the Pinnacle BellCentre, a mixture of stores on the ground level and luxury apartments above.

Miraculously, the crane operator survived and was rescued 30-ft. off the ground dangling from the wreckage.
