Glitches
I personally want to apologize to our readers for an outage we had this morning. We recently made a large server migration to a new host that promised us the world – and honestly I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. However, I do wish to commend the hosts top notch support staff.
I do not yet want to name the host, as for they are working with me to resolve these bugs, and I have still very mixed feelings about the product – but downtime affecting our readership is not acceptable.
I assure you, that we are working not to have long term outages again, and if we do I have provisions in place this time to properly migrate again – if need be.
