Confusion of the day: Google buys YouTube
Seems that YouTube is now going to be swallowed by Google. For $1.65 billion in a stock-for-stock transaction. Yes, we are getting near Dr. Evil funds now. Following the acquisition, YouTube will operate independently to preserve its successful brand and passionate community (AKA, Google will keep them at arms length when they get sued into oblivion).
Wise investment? Or will Mark Cubans prediction come true?
