What do you do when a dog bites you? You bite that bitch right back. That’s exactly what a young Tampa Bay, FL woman did when she was attached by a Rottweiler. Never let a dog get the best of you.

Linda Dorsey opens the door of the small house just enough for Nelson to get in. Unfortunately, the dog still has Nelson by the arm so Dorsey slams the dogs head in the door, trapping him. Nelson cannot get away from the dog’s jaws so in a valiant effort to free herself, she bites the animal. The dog lets go, Nelson gets away and eventually Dorsey gets the door shut. Nelson, bleeding from several wounds on her arms and legs goes into the bathroom to await rescue crews.

Fight or flight, Ms. Dorsey did both. Let’s hope for the best or Ms. Dorsey and maybe a little obedience school for the Rott.

    not long ago (when I lived in a really shitty neighborhood but didn’t realize it yet) i was taking my daughter for a walk. She was holding my pinky finger as we walked, and we were both just quiet, taking it all in.

    Around the corner comes this guy with a giant rottweiler that appeared to have been trained to kill. Its leash was a heavy chain, and it was pulling this 300lb-ish guy around like he was a doll.

    Once that dog saw my daughter, he paused, and sprinted over looking meaner and meaner as he got closer. I stepped in front of my daughter and the bastard jumped on my chest and knocked me down. My daughter started running away and because I had the chain in my hand I stopped the dog from chasing her.

    Anyway, I forced my forearm down this dogs throat. I would much rather be without an arm than be without my daughter so I shoved my right arm down that dogs throat while I pulled that fucker towards me with the chain. When I could sink my arm no further I made a fist to prevent the dog from slipping off before I was ready.

    The dog forgot all about my daughter. I managed (through cutting off the dog’s ability to close its mouth, breathe, bark, and forcing it to look at the sky) to put it into a flight response and when I released my fist and the chain, the rottweiler coughed a bit and whimpered away at full sprint with what sounded like stretched or torn vocal cords. The best bark or growl he could manage after that was a whispy squeak.

    I left the situation chasing my daughter down the sidewalk (she didn’t get far, the rottweiler throat-fisting only lasted 3-4 seconds) with only a slobbery arm and a heartbeat of about 200bpm. The dog left without a voice and his owner left without a dog.

    Moral of the story? Pissed off animals don’t like forearms shoved down their throat, i guess. Plus you don’t get all that dog hair in your mouth when you bite the dog. ICK!

    I’ve had the same experience. The natural inclination is to pull away, but when you force (your arm) down their throat, and with your other hand cover their nose, the tables are then turned.

    It works!

    ANY dog that bites anyone without provocation MUST be put down! There are no exceptions. If anything like the above happens to you or a family member, go to a hosital for treatment (and make sure they file a report), go to the police and file a complaint and go to a layer and file a lawsuit!
