Rodenator – Just make sure you aim straight

This has to be one of the most ridiculous contraptions which which could very well maim users before alleviating the stress of underground pests. Think of the fall-out if the rodent tunnels happens to somehow wind back to the very ground beneath your own feet? Collapsed tunnel could mean sprained ankles.

The Rodenator Proâ„¢ is safe and environmentally friendly. The Rodenator Proâ„¢ uses a controlled mixture of propane and oxygen that is injected into the rodents burrow. A built-in, self contained ignition system then ignites the mixture, creating an underground shockwave or concussion that instantly eliminates the rodent and collapses the tunnel system of most burrowing rodents species.

Definitely looks like fun though doesn’t it? I mean, fun to use – just not in the kill underground rodents sense. Check out the video to see this thing in action. At 3% propane and 97%, I’m sure some users will opt to up the ratio.

    I’ve used a Rodenator Pro and even if the tunnels wind under your feet you feel the impact but the ground doesn’t collapse under you or anything.

    As to it being cruel, traps make the critters die slower — this is instantaneous.

    Poisons kill them even slower. A guy that lives near me says that it can be even worse. They poisoned the ground squirrels in his neighborhood and they were lying dead all over. Then a few days later hundreds of birds were laying dead all over. Then a few days later, people’s pets (dogs and cats) were found dead as well.

    When you need to get rid of a burrowing critter, this is the thing to use because you don’t end up with all those secondary and tertiary kills and the critters die instantly so its humane.

    rodenator is unreliable its a piece of crap and dangerous
    check Varmitgetter.com way safer device dose not break down like the rodenator
    and it’s remote control operator safe.can do repairs in the feild it’s hands down better device than the hand held device rodenator

    I have a Rodenator and my neighbor owns a Varmitgetter. Believe me you, the Rodenator is the most dependable and efficient device on the market that can totally eliminate these pests! My neighbor’s Varmitgetter has had nothing by problems from the moment he got it out of the box. The head blew off twice, it was sent back 3 times and he had to pay for shipping and insurance under their “warranty”. Then they blamed him for abusing the device with only 3 shots used!

    Farmer John: You sound like you are the Varmitgetter people! Stop trashing a competitors product that is far better than yours!

    I suggest that anyone looking into these products, just simply ask these people for any government studies, laboratory analysis, university publications or anything to prove the efficacy of their equipment.

    When I looked into the Rodenator for my organic operation, the company gave me Government and UC studies, organic verification certificates and a list of organizations that are currently using their equipment.

    When I called Varmitgetter, all I got was a “our customers comments are our success” and “our word is good enough”.

    Hmmm? Crap in one hand and nothing in the other, smack them together and what do you get?
