Point at what you want in a stores window, and its yours

I’m sure that this probably not the most secure way to shop. Polo is taking impulse shopping one step farther with technology that allows passersby to purchase clothing they see in the windows of one of its New York stores by tapping on the glass.

In New York, projected on the window of the Ralph Lauren are images of Polo’s latest tennis offerings. Customers can shop even when the store is closed by clicking on the window glass, but when a person walks by the window they can flip through the companies promotional material, but also buy these items, regardless if the store is open or not.

How do they pay? After lining up your order you use a credit card swiper mounted to the outside of the window.
