The Microsoft European debacle goes on

And the battle of words escalates between Microsoft and the European Union, resulting in a fine. In the antitrust cat and mouse game Microsoft finally received a fine of $280m from European regulators for not complying with an earlier anti-trust ruling issued in 2004.

Of course Microsoft is disputing this, and not paying. Or they are contemplation plans to use their multi billion war chest to buy a few small countries in the EU, so they can reverse the judgement.
