The Google plane saga continues

It seems that the Santa Clara, CA court system wants nothing to do with the childish bickering over the Google 767 plane.

[The] judge declined to issue an immediate ruling Monday on a request by Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin to bar an aircraft designer from talking about the famous duo’s Boeing 767.
