I’ve heard of Presidents socializing with supporters, I’ve even heard of Presidents kissing little babies on the head. But kissing little boys bellies? Where there hell did that come from President Putin? Putin’s explanation for the ordeal:

After a week of frenzied speculation across Russia, President Vladimir Putin has finally explained that he had kissed a young boy on the stomach in the Kremlin because he wanted to “stroke him like a kitten”.

Wanted to “stroke him like a kitten”. Ooh Ok. That explains everything. Because you know, when I pet a cat I use my lips.

    seriosuly tho that is a little weird,,,maybe he wanted to give him a rasperry kiss, either way that was ,,odd to say the least,,

    o ya and did ne 1 else think the reporter talking was hot, it would b hotter if she spoke english with a russian accent..but maybe thats just me
