Not so fast buddy
In Manchester England, a driver by the name of John Hopwood had a clever way to beat a speeding ticket – actually change the speed limit of the road. But this was by no conventional method. He decided, rather then pay the speeding ticket, to put a 40mph road sign, from another town mind you, where the 30mph once was.
However he failed to account for the camera’s that caught him speeding, would catch him changing the sign. Whoops!
