Skydiver straps on mini turbines around ankles

Now this is cool. I can’t understand what they hell they were talking about, but the video speaks for itself. Check out the power of those mini turbines half way through as the skydiver is sitting on the edge of the truck with his legs in the air. Now how would someone go about getting a pair of those mini jets?
