San Fran hills are no match for stretch SUVs

The above was emailed in by a friend. Kind of entertaining in a beached limo kind of way. The question is “what was this driver thinking” trying to go down a steep hill with a stretch SUV behind him? Aren’t these problems covered in basic limo driving school?
