No, No, No. This is not a new Bush homeland security program. In Westchester NY “Prom Patrols” have been checking limousines carrying high school kids to school parties.
But determined young drinkers are proving resourceful. Students in the limo that was carrying the unconscious girl last week were searched, and police said one young man had a flask shaped like a cell phone, filled with alcohol.
